The Nimbus is a two-seater, mid-engined coupé designed to take the Mini front subframe, suspension and engine mounted at the back. The front suspension is Vauxhall Viva and the windscreen is from a Ford Escort Mk.II. The shell is a GRP monocoque reinforced with kevlart at the stress points. It was built by Custom Moulds in Andover, Hants. The first two pictures are from an unknown magazine article. The last is a factory publicity shot, possibly taken at the nearby Thruxton Flying Club.
