Hi All,
Are you coming to Detling in HUGE numbers???
Often I see Richard, but indeed not too many marcoses, so be proud and attend!
We will take the ferry on the Saturday with the lot of us ( about 8 of us) but unfortunately no mini marcos just for practical reasons... Hopefully it will be an enjoyable day out.
See you there! Rolf
ps is yours running already, Gert-Jan? |

I'll try to be there on the Saturday. I've applied for the Medway Steam & Transport Festival at Chatham on Sunday and Monday but haven't yet got a pass or confirmation - well worth a visit if you're around over the weekend. |

Sorry I didn't see you yesterday Rolf. I was there until a bit after 1pm but then decided to go home as it was cold and damp, and I'd been round the hall about three times. |

Yes, You drove just off, when we entered the site: your view was blocked by a red AMC Pacer, just when you were leaving the site! And yes, you could do the hall three times (per hour) with no problem at all.
No other minimarcosses, only two big ones.
Spoke to Alistair about Midasses, but there was only one and it wasn't even his!
And a chap owning a cox gtm(@home) and a rossa(in the field) had some nice stories to tell.
The scamps are always there, aren't they? Very healthy supporters club!
Hope you enjoyed yourseld even better today @ staemfair. c u

More than two big ones! There was a Mantula on the Kent Kit Car Club stand, Mick Andrews's TS0, Paul Crocker's spyder (didn't notice which model) and a Martina. Pics on facebook. John Crowson was there with the white Midas convertible. The two Mk.1 Scamps go everywhere. John Halliday who owns the bare ali one also has a Jem but I've never seen it.
I didn't go to the steam fair in the end although I could have gone with London & Surrey MOC. |
