Hello everyone,

I have recently  started restoration on a Mini Jem. I'm new to the cars but have instantly fallen for them! Any assistance on where to purchase parts, rebuild manuals etc would be very welcome!

Thanks for your time

Mike

Hello Mike,

As you probably know it's got Mini parts so the usual stockists for the running gear. Any other jem parts you can get through the club or people in the club, i find people on here are extremely useful in general!

Hope your resto goes well, just post a thread if you don't know something!!

Cheers

Nice one thanks, not having a problem with the major parts though do you know of where to buy original parts like badges and interior?

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the forum. The club stocks windscreens, windscreen rubber, headlamp covers and a variety of badges (nose/tail, wheel centre, gearknob/steering whee centre, etc.). We also have things like keyrings and cloth badges. Just look at the 'Club Shop' pages which can be accessed via The Club tab on the home page. If you're not already a club member join now!

The interior is up to you. There is a large variety of seats, carpet, roof lining etc to choose from. I suggest you go along to a kit car show when you're ready. The biggest one is the Stoneleigh show in Warwickshire on May Day bank holiday weekend.
