Hi guys,
I'm looking for a pair of seat for my jem and I need to find a way to fix them on the car. The problem is, I'm 183cm and I cannot use a regular seat recliner system so which system did you use ? Just bolts through the floor ? |

Hi, I had lots of trouble getting seats small enough to fit comfortably. Once the seats are in, it's difficult to access the rear area without a hatch so I obtained seats that tipped forward and to get easy access for bigger items I fixed the front with cotter pins which are easily removed. I used a 'U' bar fixed below with large penny washers. See pic. where you can see the two tipping positions. Unfortunately it's not readily adjustable and just set up for me |

Yes, you can just bolt them to the floor, or use flat runners so they can be adjusted. If you want to use runners and have a carpet it helps to put some battens under the runners to raise them above the carpet. |

Ok I just choose to bolt them to the floor, I cannot seat on them with an subframe without ceiling problems with my head. |
