Hi guys,
Someone have information about wiper motor fixations for an Jem mk2 ? I've got an wiper motor from 89 mini but I don't know the right localisation to fix it. If someone have pictures, it would be nice.

Here's a pic of the original on my MkII. I fitted the new one in the same spot but with a U bracket straight onto the firewall. I had to 'adjust the length of the tubes holding the spiral to fit the holes in the scuttle. |

Interesting position for the heater. They're normlly slung under the dashboard on the passenger's side. My wiper motor is fitted on the driver's side with a steel bracket bolted to the floor of the dashboard area. The motor body points backwards. That led to a small problem when the nut that secures the rack to the end of the motor unit came adrift. Instead of the wipers moving the motor moved forwards and backwards on its bracket. |
