I'm in need for some new seats, because my old seats are completely worn out... And the new bucketseats i got (for a barrgain), don't give me and my passengers enough headroom (and I'm not that tall)
So what seats are people using to overcome this problem what seats do I have to look for at the breakers? |

Henko, I don't seem to have your car details, though I should remember. Anyway it depends if you have a rear hatch. If not you really need recliners so you can tip the back forwards to get into the back of the car. I have some Corbeau GTB Recliners which were supplied by Marcos and are very good. If you have a hatch you can use highback clubman style seats. Which type depends on whether you intend to use harnesses or normal seat belts. I have put Cobra seats in the yellow Jem but I find they are too upright. If you use recliners you can adjust the back to suit your height.

I have MK4 with rear hatch and I used to have mk3 spitfire seats (but they were so much worn, i really sat on the floor...) The seats I have now are too upright also...
I was considering to look at some fiat barchetta or mazda mx5 seats, but it is hard to see if they will fit.

Do you have adjustable seat subframes or are they fixed in place? |

They are on runners so they can be moved backwards and forwards. |

I was looking at a customers MR2 (latest one) and the seats in that looked to be an ideal size for a MM. Quite spartan looking too, I'm guessing they'd be very light. There may not be many in scrappies yet, though. |
