Still, you wouldn't say no would you, considering you would pay as much for a good Boxed version of the Corgi 341 Marcos.

Maybe you could convince the new owner that it needs way to much work and you would do him a favour by taking it off his hands.

its been a long time in coming but ive finally joined the club properly!
I picked this little beauty up at the weekend!
No plans yet what to do with it yet though as my prioirity is to get the pickup done for the IMM.

Congrats on the purchase Garry,take a tip from me and don't let the guys on here rush you through the restoration, slow and steady is the way to go.

yes craig it was a trip up north to see karl!
it wont be staying that lovely rose colour, it says purple on the log book but its the reddy orange original gelcoat colour underneath!

the missus is coming up with the colour scheme but ive got a couple of plans!

And neil like all my projects it will be a few years probably before i do anything

The reddy orange colour is the standard D & H "red" self-coloured gelcoat like 'foggy'.

That looks like red paint over the gel - you can see a couple of bits where it's been sanded thru.
