An update on OHA 655F, Mk3. I had the nose reinstated by Mike Brown plus a bubble put into the roof plus various other repairs. Excellent job. I've now moulded in an air box in readiness for a Weber 45 (just bought off ebay).
Next job is cleaning all of all the carpet and sound proofing glue from the shell so I can spray the inside matt black. I'm hoping a coat of isolator will take care of any bits I've missed, can't get to or just run out of enthusiasm.

I think i will need a bubble in the roof as iam not that far of it when i sit on the floor of my shell!
So what colour is the top coat going to be?

Inside every older person is a younger person wondering what the hell happened!!!!

That has been the most difficult decision so far. Think I'm going for pale blue, sort of Gulf colours but without the stripe. Possibly.
I needed the bubble to accommodate a crash helmet. I used to race a Piper GTT, I had to drive that with my head wedged in at an angle!

I know what you mean about deciding on a colour Peter, I still am unsure about what colour to do mine and I have already bought some paint!!
Still can't decide if dark green is the right colour as the body still has a few flaws even after weeks of rubbing down, any flaws I have missed will stick out like a sore thumb.
