First off. Apologies I seem to be monopolising the forum!
That said, I'm looking for photos of my car when it was on the road, owner then was Mike Kerry, I think it was last on the road in the late 90s. I can only see the one picture in the gallery and it's a head on shot, not showing much! It would be nice to see what rear lights, wheels etc, it was originally built with.

| There was an article by Mike Kerry on air ducts in the Club Magazine No 62 from Winter 1996. Perhaps a search of the photos in a few magazines either side of that might be worth a look. |

thanks i note a air duct on the bonnet of the car, unfortunately ive only just joined the club so dont have those mags.. hopefully some one could check their back copies for me

I rooted out my old magazines and checked 20 issues either side of issue 62 but couldn't find any other mention of Mike , nor were there any pics of DAA I'm afraid. There are a good few photos of groups of cars at shows but not all registrations are legible or visable , many are side views of rows of Mini Marcoses.
I've scanned Mikes article and attached it for you.

To be honest you might struggle to find photos as Mike and Carol didn't really go to many shows. I knew about the car parked in their front garden before I joined the club in the mid 90's. I ran a quite active local area for about 10 years during which time Mike and Carol joined us at pub meets. The car was put back on the road, did the show at beaulieu and was then crashed within a year during this time. I had the car for around 6 months while I repaired it for Mike, it then returned to their front garden under a cover. Unfortunately Mike passed away before he got chance to rebuild it so it stayed in the front garden till Brian saved it. Carol always intended to get it rebuilt but life got in the way and I lost touch with her before she became ill and passed.
