its only taken about 16 hours to get the wiring for the rear lights sorted, loom was the wrong way round, numerous earths had to be added, relays, flasher units but they now all work |

well i was on a roll i thought i would tackle the dash wiring, for some reason the previous owner had decided to refit all the standard mini switches into the original mini switch panel and stuff it up under the dash. that explains why the lights came on when i connected the battery. i fitted some nos triumph switches back into the dash(got rid of the mini switches/panel, refitted some gauges and wiring and repplaced all the bulbs(which to my suprise halfords still sell) know have a fully functional dash |

I have a internal door handle missing(mk1/2 bent around the door cards)so was thinking maybe i could extend the square rod and use non bent handles, took the door card off to discover the window is smashed(i havnt rolled it up since i bought it) so its a quick message to plastic4performance to get some lexan windows so not the end of the world, it will make it faster anyway less weight |
