Hello
Does anyone hillclimb a Jem ? I am restoring my ex hillclimb jem and would like to know what class it would be eligible for ?
I think it used to run in mod prod , but this was 20 years ago!

Hi
Will it be road going tax tested etc or other, i hill-climb my Jem, i run at harewood in the classic sports cars class its t&t etc, try uphill racers for more info.

Yes looks like you will have to be in Mod pro though looking at the Blue book the production quantity's it may be a problem as not many Jems were built, if you were entering harewood i would contact Chris Seaman the comps secretary and ask his advice.When i first started i was put in road modified kit up to 1700cc and was up against lotus seven type cars and had no chance of catching them i mailed him and he suggested i go in pre 72 class 6c but as i said my Jem is road registered etc.
