B.A.L. Special

One-off special built for hillclimbing. It has a 1 litre engine with Nikki carb, front subframe with disc brakes at the rear.
The seller (on eBay) says “Please note this car is registered as a B.A.L. (derived from my initials), model "Salamander".
The chassis is said to have been a grass track racer known as "The Scorpion". I have retained its logo behind the spare wheel.”
